• Are there currently any grants or aid for the purchase of a eletubo?

  there may be some help Depending on the autonomous region and the place where is going to be located. Contact our sales department to query.

• Can I finance the purchase of my eletubo?

  Contact us and we will reply which  funding could be applied. (Before looking at the funding we need to know the amount to be financed, and the value of selected eletubo).

• What if I'm locked inside the cockpit whem a power outage occurs?

  Above all do not panic and stay calm, because the elevator lifts are considered the safest  means of transporting people in the  world, above all other means of transport, including aircraft.
  The eletubo has some backup batteries if the power is cut while it is in motion,  it will carry you downstairs and you will be able to  open the door and exit.
  It also has a phone booth to be able to communicate with the outside.
  An emergency  light will switch on inside the cabin.

• What if the elevator polycarbonates are dirty with dust inside the tube?

  Call maintenance and they will clean the interior with previous  arrangement. Under no circumstances attempt to clean on your own, as it has to be people trained to get inside safely

• What level of noise is generated by eletubo?

  The noise level varies depending on where the measurement is taken, however the eletubo is not recommended for communities with neighbors adjacent to the location of the head. In these cases we must consider the version with Split, the noise is reduced considerably and can placed up to 10 meters away to an external location
