On the other hand, we were in charge personally to realize techniques visits to advise the clients for the best location possible of its Eletubo and to realize an exact taking of measures.

Assembly in 2-4 days and ready to be used

From Eletubo we know that the term of installation in our products is a determining factor for many of our clients. For that reason we can guarantee the installation to you of the Eletubo in 2-4 days.

In addition we offer the possibility to you of managing the different associate services in case they are required; so you don't have to worry about anything.

Preventive maintenance

Although the Eletubo is not a conventional elevator, since 2006/42/CE is accredited according to the directive of machines; therefore it does not require an obligatory monthly maintenance and it works at a speed of 0,15 m/s.

It is recommended from time to time to pass a revision of preventive maintenance, 3 or 4 times a year, although it will depend on the frequency of use on the part of the client.
So our company offers the possibility of taking you the maintenance or guarantees the contact with another company breadwinner at local level to be cheaper to pass each revision, depending your location.

Technical attendance

Eletubo knows the importance of post-sales service for our clients. So in the case of having any problem or damages in his elevator, we commit ourselves to attend to you in a very short term of time.
In the case of being necessary our specialized equipment moves to your home or we coordinated the contact with the collaborating company and breadwinner based on the city or region where you live.
